buna sint nou pe forum si de citeva luni am cumparat si eu un passat b6.dupa citeva drumuri mi sa oprit motorul in mers si a aparut volanul rosu, iar de atunci imi face probleme la pornire parca nu recunoaste cheia,porneste dupa 10 incercari cite o data (cind e frig) ,in alte zile o ia din prima (cind e cald afara), pina azi nu imi dadea nici o eroare in bord dar azi m-ia aparut spira galbena si

am citit paginile anterioare de pe forum si m-am cam ingrozit.a mai aparut vreo varianta de reparace a motorului de blocare de pe coloana de directie care sa coste mai putin?

Daca aveti de gand sa schimbati calculatorul de pe coloana directie, aveti nevoie de codul de 7 cifre skc parca ii zice care este scris pe un plastic , altfel doar online la reprezentanta se poate imperechea. O alta varianta ar fi sa mutati din calculatorul vechi electronica in celnou , asa numai imperecheati nimic. de asemeni memorati codarile de la Abs/parking brake/steering assist. Nu tin minte exact dar se pierde una din aceste codari si tot la reprezenta se ajunge. Ce am spus e valabil 100% pt passat b6, probabil si altele

Sa costa mai putin de cat? Mom costurile efectuate in repr Skoda ajung pe la aprox 600 ron. Nu este o suma exorbitanta!

Calculatorul de coloana (Steering Column Module) nu necesita coduri speciale pentru a fi schimbat. Se inlocuieste fizic si apoi se reface coding-ul (computer de bord da/nu, cruise control da/nu, comenzi volan da/nu, etc).

Un calculator de coloana midline (suport computer bord, cruise control) se poate gasi pe net cu aproximativ 250 lei. Eu cu atat l-am vandut pe cel vechi cand am facut retrofit-ul la volan cu comenzi.

 

Codarea speciala online efectuata numai la reprezentanta este necesara cand sunt probleme la calculatorul de comfort (sau imobilizator).

Probabil doar cineva inconstient ar incerca asta, gandeste-te ca un modul desfacut teoretic poate sa blocheze volanul in mers! Ti se pare ca e o joaca?

 

@mars01 - aici era vorba de modulul de pe coloana de directie, nu modulul ce se ocupa de functiile tempomat, comenzi volan si MFD, am impresia ca tu confunzi putin lucrurile. Asadar, schimbarea ELV (ca asa ii zic nemții) necesita codare online la reprezentanta, si se poate face doar pe un modul nou, neprogramat.

EsTeTicu se poate coda elv si cu vag-com daca ai pinul masinii.  De ce crezi ca doar un modul desfacut poate bloca accidental volanul? In majoritatea cazurilor switch-urile sunt de vina dar la pretul care a ajuns acum un elv  nu prea mai merita reparate. Apropo majoritatea elv noi sunt facute la noi la Sibiu :RO flag:

Eu am platit aprox 700 lei la reprezentanta Tess in Brasov pe modul NOU + montaj (cu garantie). Se schimba si niturile cu alte suruburi speciale ce devin nituri la strangere (se rupe capul) si se recodeaza cu imobilizatorul online cu VAS.

Iar pentru codare cu vag-com.. Mi se pare nerealist, la B6 nu are aproape nimeni PIN-ul, nu mai vine scris pe cheie ca pe vremuri, si nici reprezentanta nu il stie, de-asta se face online codarea

Sunt un nou posesor de vw passat B6, WVWZZZ3CZ6E015918, fab 2006, motor 1,9tdi, BKC, 105 cp.

La 2 zile dupa ce l-am cumparat, respectiv miercuri 03.04.2013,  mi s-a oprit motorul din mers, dupa un viraj dreapta, max 20km/h.

Pun testerul meu VAG-COM, apoi tractare service Deutch, diagnostigare tester...fara  rezolvare.

La pornire, lucrurile decurg astfel: cheie pozitia 1- apare volan galben, in 2 sec se inroseste, 3 bipuri, nu dispare deloc, pe computerul de bord este afisat ''Steering column lock defective'' ; pozitia 2 - volanul ramane rosu, se aprind ceilalti martori (normal) si ramane aprins linia zimtata care clipeste fara intrerupere, iar pe computerul de bord este afisat ''Steering column lock defective''; pozitia 3 - motorul porneste, se aud 3 bipuri, motorul se tureaza in 900 rotatii/min (normal) si se opreste in 2 sec, pe computerul de bord este afisat ''Engine fault'' si apoi ''Steering column lock defective''.

Am citit toate cele 19 pagini si am constatat ca sunt unul dintre 'norocosi', iar aceasta este o problema des intalnita la passat B6.

Din diagnoza afisata mai sus imi poate spune cineva, concret, ce anume trebuie inlocuit, respectiv modulul coloana de directie J527, calculatorul confort/coloana de directie sau chiar coloana de directie ???

Am programare la reprezentanta Volkswagen marti si as vrea sa stiu la ce costuri sa ma astept. Din ce am vb telefonic diagnoza costa 150 lei, iar daca trebuie schimbat modulul J527+manopera in jur de 1000 lei, garantie 2 ani, in conditiile in care am citit in paginile anterioare ca in alte reprezentante costul era intre 450-800 lei.

Si m-ar interesa daca acel modul poate fi reconditionat, bineinteles contra cost, eventual astept apel la 0741683416.

La pornire, lucrurile decurg astfel: cheie pozitia 1- apare volan galben, in 2 sec se inroseste, 3 bipuri, nu dispare deloc, pe computerul de bord este afisat ''Steering column lock defective'' ; pozitia 2 - volanul ramane rosu, se aprind ceilalti martori (normal) si ramane aprins linia zimtata care clipeste fara intrerupere, iar pe computerul de bord este afisat ''Steering column lock defective''; pozitia 3 - motorul porneste, se aud 3 bipuri, motorul se tureaza in 900 rotatii/min (normal) si se opreste in 2 sec, pe computerul de bord este afisat ''Engine fault'' si apoi ''Steering column lock defective''.

Am citit toate cele 19 pagini si am constatat ca sunt unul dintre 'norocosi', iar aceasta este o problema des intalnita la passat B6.

Din diagnoza afisata mai sus imi poate spune cineva, concret, ce anume trebuie inlocuit, respectiv modulul coloana de directie J527, calculatorul confort/coloana de directie sau chiar coloana de directie ???

Am programare la reprezentanta Volkswagen marti si as vrea sa stiu la ce costuri sa ma astept. Din ce am vb telefonic diagnoza costa 150 lei, iar daca trebuie schimbat modulul J527+manopera in jur de 1000 lei, garantie 2 ani, in conditiile in care am citit in paginile anterioare ca in alte reprezentante costul era intre 450-800 lei.

Si m-ar interesa daca acel modul poate fi reconditionat, bineinteles contra cost, eventual astept apel la 0741683416.

Multumesc pt informatii  EEXCALADE !

Din pacate sunt ''prea norocos'', pt ca vechiul proprietar a umblat deja la modul si l-a decapsat, iar mie imi atarna modulul J527 sub volan, deasupra pedalei de frana, in niste cabluri :grrrrrr: :scratch:!  Si cand ma gandesc la faptul ca inainte de a o cumpara am fost la doua sevice-uri (AVIA si inca unul de cartier, Bucuresti) si mecanicii nu au fost in stare sa vada, mai ales ca l-am pus si pe testerul lor, iar mufa e la nici 30cm de pedala de frana!
 Ba mai mult, vanzatorul mi-a spus ieri la telefon ca a intampinat aceeasi problema cu ''steering column block defective'' in ianuarie si aunci i-a facut un amic o improvizatie, dar a uitat sa-mi zica inainte de a o cumpara :emthdown: :251: :mad: !

Aceiasi problema cu pornirea o am si eu. Sa fie tot blocatorul defect. Stie cineva pe Ploiesti unde se rezolva si costul estimativ?(fata de Cardina Motors am o repulsie dar daca altlel nu se poate.....)
