Golf TSI from Turkey - 06UZ091

Salutare tuturor, 

 

Am aflat de forumul acesta de la un prieten care este user aici (Golf TDI) si pe care l-am rugat sa-mi traducă prima postare pe vwforum, eu sunt din Turcia, si am un Golf 7 TSI. Din păcate nu voi putea fi foarte activ din cauza barierei lingvistice, dar am vrut să fac parte din acest forum. Sper cu ajutorul lui Golf TDI să vă mai informez despre masina mea. Sau putem vorbi in engleză. Vă doresc toate cele bune!

Congratulations, it's very pretty and the combination between the white color and the sunroof goes like a charm. It's the first Golf MK7 with sunroof that I see, an option worth it's price. Can you post a few pictures from the inside out with the sunroof please? I'd like to see how big it is.

To avoid the time consuming translations, you can write your posts in english.

I have 1.4 engine, because of the high tax rates, if you want to buy a 2.0 car, you have to pay to government at least 1.000$ annually, and you have to pay %40 more money as special consumption tax, so there is no 2.0 tdi or 2.0 tsi in Turkey for Golf, except Golf 6 R :) thank you for your nice comment!

And I want to ask you about the engine because I heard that VW did't put engine with Euro 5 or 4 in country where that norms is not compulsory.

Thank you! Turkey is not so hot :) kuşadası-efes are touristic places and the weather is hot there in summer. But in winter, middle Turkey can be too cold, -15 degrees of celcius can be seen in an average winter night. So winter package is so useful :) I don't know exact data about Euro 5 or Euro 4, I will check for that. I know my car has a bluemotion engine with start-stop technology and it must be Euro 5, but i will give the exact information tomorrow. Thank you!

If you want to buy a 1.8l engined car in Turkey, which has a net price of 100.000dollars:

You will pay 85.000dollars as special consumption tax. It means the car is now 185.000dollars. That is not all, you have to pay 18% of 185.000 dollars as value added tax. That is the car is approximately 220.000dollars in dealers.

You have to multiply the net price:

If car is 1599cc and under:

NPx1.45x1.18=1.711

If car is 1600-1999cc:

NPx1.85x1.18=2.183

If the car is 2000cc and higher:

NPx2.40x1.18=2.83

NP: Net Price

Also, annually taxes are there:

For 1.4liters car: 500dollars approx.

For 1.8 liters car: 1000dollars approx.

For 3 liters car: 2500dollars approx.

For 4liters and more: 10.000dollars approx. ;)

Life is so expensive in here for residents :)

Gas prices are about 2,3 dollars per liter, that is you can fill your car's depo for 120 dollars :)

I have some plans, Turkey developers of RSA Motorsports is working gor ECU Tuning, we are expecting 160hp and approximately 280nM torque. Afterwards, we can change the turbo with a bigger one :)

Thank you! Right, Golf is not a big car enough for a family.

Taxation level is high for new cars. And importing is not a solution because it is forbidden. But there are also cheap cars, which poor people can afford. Yo can find cars for 3.000dollars and more. You are so thoughtful, but all the ways that goes through buying cars cheaply is blocked :) government needs money! :)

Congrats for the car, it's very nicely configured.

I have a friend with a G7 and he wants to activate cluster staging (Gauge Sweep). Did you do it via Vag-Com or it came as factory setting?

Later edit: from what I read, he needs H-type instrument cluster, then Instruments (17) > Coding > 10 > Byte 1 > Enable bit 0
